Meeting Information

San José City Hall has meeting rooms for public use. Each room is equipped with projectors, screens, computer connections, and internet capabilities. Meeting rooms are not available for parties, receptions, commercial activities or functions other than meetings and free trainings/seminars.

Submitting a Meeting Room Reservation Form does not guarantee or confirm date(s) for meeting(s). All applications and payment must be submitted 
at least 30 days prior to the meeting. 

City Hall Facilities

Additionally, the City offers the ability to reserve banquet rooms at community centers, picnic locations, outdoor weddings and gardens, sports facilities and acquire permits for parks.
