About the Stevens Creek Urban Village
The Stevens Creek Urban Village is a long commercial corridor that is characterized by large car dealerships and medium sized commercial buildings housing tenants such as DSW, Cost Plus Work Market, and the former Circuit City, interspersed with smaller one- and two-story retail and service shops. Three Expressways cross through this Village that can also be accessed from Interstate Highway 280 at three separate locations. Additionally, the Valley Transportation Authority’s (VTA) Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) project is planned to run along Stevens Creek Boulevard with a planned stop at three intersections within the Stevens Creek Village including, San Thomas Expressway, Kiely Boulevard, and Lawrence Expressway. These characteristics make this Urban Village an ideal location for a mixture of new and intensified commercial and residential uses.

Urban Village Boundaries

The Stevens Creek Urban Village is located in western San Jose along the south side of Stevens Creek Boulevard generally between Lawrence Expressway and Winchester Boulevard.
