Multi-Family Rental Housing Crime Prevention Program

The City of San José Police and Housing Departments are seeking input from the community on a multi-family rental housing crime prevention program.  The meetings are being held to 1) collect public input on crime and safety in and around the City's multi-family rental buildings, 2) to share information on the nationwide Crime Free Program, and 3) to explore potential alternatives.  The desired outcome of these meetings is to better understand the needs of the community and how the City can enhance partnerships between rental property owners, residents, and local jurisdictions to reduce crime within multi-family buildings and the surrounding neighborhood.  Please feel free to attend any of the four scheduled meetings to provide input and/or participate in a survey to provide your comments/concerns. (Vietnamese, Spanish)

Comments and notes from the Crime Free Stakeholder and Community meetings are posted for review.
