Executive Committee
OVERVIEW
The Executive Committee oversees ongoing activities of the Arts Commission, provides oversight for the Grants & Non-profit Support Program and related activities, for the Special Events Program, and reviews the program budget administered by the Office of Cultural Affairs.

MEETINGS

  • Executive Committee meetings are held on the first Monday of the months in which they are scheduled. During FY 2017-2018 meetings are scheduled during the months of August, October, November, February, March and May. 

  • At present, no Executive Committee meetings are scheduled for the months of July, September, December, January, April or June but meetings may be scheduled if needed. 

  • Location: Meetings are held at City Hall, 200 E. Santa Clara Street, typically on the 12th Floor of the Tower in public meeting room T-1254.

  • Please refer to the agenda or contact the Office of Cultural Affairs for confirmation of the schedule and the meeting location.
