Planned Development (PD) Rezoning from “A” Agricultural District, to A(PD) Planned Development District to allow the demolition of all on site structures and the construction of up to eight single family detached residential units and subsequent subdivision. The project includes a private road extension from the public terminus of Almaden Road across Golf Creek through an extension of the existing culvert beneath Almaden Road and associated work within Golf Creek. Other than the road, the minimum distance to the proposed development would occur no less than 30 feet from Golf Creek (top-of-bank) and 75 feet from Alamitos Creek (top-of-bank), at the narrowest distances. The project disturbance area contains 56 existing trees, including 15 ordinance size trees.Of these trees, 54 are proposed to be removed.


The 1.81 gross acre site is located on the east side of Almaden Expressway, approximately 300 feet north of Fleetwood Drive at 6082 Almaden Road. Assessor’s Parcel Number: 696-01-020. City Council District: 10.
