The proposed project includes demolition of all existing buildings and the construction and operation of a building that would house a retail pharmacy on the project site. The proposed project would include demolition of three structures on three separate parcels (APNs 386-11-047, 386-11-048, and 386-11-052), and construction and operation of an approximately 14,700-square-foot CVS/pharmacy building on a single large lot of approximately 1.5 gross acre. The new store on the project site would allow CVS/pharmacy to consolidate and upgrade its facilities in this area and add a drive-through lane to better serve the community.
