Location
The project site is located on the west and east sides of Delmas Avenue in San Jose. The site is bounded by the Los Gatos Creek to the west, West Santa Clara Street to the north, the Guadalupe River to the east, West San Fernando Street, and the VTA light rail tracks to the south.
