A Community/EIR Scoping Meeting will be held on Thursday, May 19, 2016 from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. at the Bascom Community Center at 1000 S. Bascom Avenue, San Jose, CA  
(Note:  6:30 - 7:00 p.m. check in, meeting will start at 7:00 p.m.).
