Notre Dame High School
File No. PDC15-032

A Planned Development Rezoning Permit to redevelop the 3.5-acre Notre Dame High School Site. The proposed project will include the demolition of all existing buildings, with the exception of Manley Hall (a three-story 33,915 square foot building), and include the acquisition of adjacent properties including an automotive repair shop and a multi-family residence (originally a single-family residence). The project proposes the construction of four new buildings (two two-story and two three-story), totaling approximately 124,100 square feet. The completed project will increase the schools existing size by approximately 77,015 square feet and will result in a total of approximately 158,015 square feet of school uses on site.

Location: The site encompasses a city block in Downtown San José and is bounded by South Third Street to the east, East Reed Street to the south, South Second Street to the west, and East William Street to the north (596 South Second Street).
