Our Lady La Vang Church & Multi-Purpose Building Project
File No. C14-061, SP15-004, HP15-001

The project proposes to demolish the existing fire-damaged church building, the associated administrative building, a garage, shed and a portion of the surface parking lot (which is also used as recreational space for St. Patrick School students during school hours).  The project includes the removal of existing trees.  A new approximately 20,000 square foot church building, a 15,000 square foot multi-purpose building, and a two-level parking garage would be constructed on the site.  New landscaping would include trees located along the perimeter of the site, to replace the nine ordinance-sized and 42 non ordinance-sized trees removed by the project.

Location: The 2.8-acre project site is bordered by residences and East Saint John Street to the north, East Santa Clara Street and commercial uses to the south, and North Eighth Street and North Ninth Street to the west and east, respectively.
