Williams Road General Plan Amendment

General Plan Amendment request to change the General Plan Land Use Designation of the 0.97-acre site from Neighborhood/Community Commercial to Mixed Use Neighborhood.  The Mixed Use Neighborhood land use designation allows for new infill development primarily with either townhouse or small lot single-family residences in areas with a wide variety of housing types, including a mix of residential densities and forms.  The designation also supports commercial or mixed-use development integrated within the Mixed Use Neighborhood area.  

Project Location: The approximately 0.97-acre project site is located on the south side of Williams Road between Saratoga Avenue and San Tomas Expressway (APN 299-18-147).

Public Comment Period: August 8, 2016 to August 28, 2016
