Greyhound Residential Project

Special Use Permit to allow the construction of 781 residential units with 20,000 square feet of ground floor retail in two (2) high rise towers with 23 to 24 stories including four (4) levels of below-grade parking on a 1.63 gross acre.

Vesting Condominium Tentative Map to consolidate the existing four (4) lots into one (1) lot, to allow for the creation of the residential and commercial development at the project site.

The project is located on the southeast corner of Post Street and South Almaden Avenue, at 70 South Almaden Avenue in San Jose. (Assessors Parcel Numbers: 290-40-012, -013, -014, -015, and -016).

Community/EIR Scoping Meeting
A Community/EIR Scoping meeting will be held on Tuesday, September 6, 2016 from 6:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the San Jose City Hall Wing Room 120 at 200 E. Santa Clara Street, San Jose, CA 95113.
