The project proposes to demolish an existing gas station and to develop an 11-story hotel with up to 200 guest rooms on an approximately 0.54-acre site. The first floor would contain the main lobby reception area, a lounge and restaurant area, a kitchen, administrative offices, and an indoor pool. A small amount of on-grade parking, a delivery area, and a ramp to the four
above ground levels of parking (floors two through five) would also be located on the ground level.
