  • Deb Kramer, Keep Coyote Creek Beautiful (for co-leading the amazing volunteer response)
  • Steve Holmes, South Bay Clean Creeks Coalition (for co-leading the amazing volunteer response)
  • San José Conservation Corps, for their non-stop 12 - 14 hour days in helping with response 
  • Stone Church of San José, for organizing volunteer teams to help with debris clean-up
  • Latter Day Saints, San Jose Stakes, for helping organize teams of people in responding with both clean-up and translation for flood survivors
  • St. Francis of Assisi Parish, San Jose, for sending volunteer teams to help with debris clean-up
