Meeting Rooms

A variety of meeting rooms are available in City Hall for public use. Each room is equipped with projectors, screens, computer connections, and internet capabilities. Meeting rooms are not available for particles, receptions, commercial activities, or any other functions besides meetings or free trainings/seminars.

Capacities

The maximum capacity of Committee Room 120 and 119 is 58 persons, while the maximum number of persons allowed in Committee Room 118 is 32. City Hall does not combine capacity of facilities and does not allow events that exceed capacity.

Please note: depending on availability, multiple meeting rooms may be booked. Audiovisual and Equipment fees are subject to change. Weekend meeting room reservations require a minimum 4-hour rental.
