Account Management and Marketing Division
This position reports to the Deputy Director of Account Management in the Community Energy Department and will be responsible for supporting Marketing and Public Affairs Contracts.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to: monitoring of the department’s marketing contract(s); supporting the data and call center; supporting cost-benefit analysis of potential new Department programs; assisting to prepare bids and specifications, and monitoring the timely fulfillment of deliverables by consultants and service providers. This position will also review compliance of consultant and service provider work progress and the accuracy of billing and invoices for services.
Administrative Services Division
This position reports to the Division Manager of the Administrative Services Division in the Community Energy Department.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to: preparing a variety of administrative reports; explaining and defending report recommendations and conclusions; participating in recruiting and examining of new employees, including administering tests and participating in oral interviews; participating in making position and class audits and recommending on allocation of positions; preparing and modifying class specifications; performing various studies and analyses and writing various reports relative to the recruiting and examining process. This position will also perform other research and analyses and prepare reports and recommendations in support of the Administrative Service Division.
