Project Description
The Avalonbay West Valley Project is a Signature Project consisting of:


Planned Development Rezoning
(File No. PDC17-056) from the R-M Multiple Residence Zoning District to the RM(PD) Planned Development Zoning District; and 

Planned Development Permit (File No. PD17-027) to allow the demolition of the existing parking garage, tennis courts, pool, and amenity building and to allow the construction of a mixed-used development including up to 300 residential units, 17,800 square feet of retail/commercial space, residential amenities including two pools, and 1,110 new parking spaces within the existing multi-family residential development on an approximately 20.08-gross acre site. The proposed project would also include the removal of up to 281 existing trees.
