Meridian Avenue General Plan Amendment

A General Plan Amendment to change the General Plan/Land Use Transportation Diagram Designation (land use designation) from Light Industrial to Combined Industrial/Commercial for total of 11.56-acres. The proposed GPA site is located north of Interstate 280 and Parkmoor Avenue and bounded by Race Street to the east and Meridian Avenue to the west. The Staff Alternative includes the project site (11.56-acres) and two additional parcels (1.12-acres), located at 456 and 460 Meridian Avenue totaling 12.68-acres, bordered by Saddle Rack Street to the north, Meridian Avenue to the east, Harmon Avenue to the south, and existing office buildings to the west.  

Location: 550 Meridian, 570 Meridian, 1401 Parkmoor Avenue, 529 Race Street, 581 Race Street, and 691 Race Street and  456 and 460 Meridian Avenue.
