South Bascom Gateway Station Project

Planned Development Zoning (Signature Project) from the CP Commercial Pedestrian Zoning District to the CP (PD) Planned Development Zoning District to allow up to 600 residential units and a minimum of 200,000 square feet (maximum 300,000 square feet) of commercial/retail uses and Planned Development Permit to allow the demolition of approximately 76,894 square feet of existing commercial buildings, and the construction of an approximately 200,000-square foot office building, 590 residential units, an alternative parking arrangement (tandem parking), and the removal of 17 on-site ordinance sized trees, two on-site non-ordinance sized trees, and three ordinance sized street trees on a 6.98-gross acre site.
