Citywide Housing Data
The City’s Housing Department regularly reports on its activities to the public, to the City Council, and to its funding partners. To aid in planning for the City's housing needs, it also makes available data on the local housing market and on the incomes of its residents.

The types of research and reports provided include:
  • Housing Policy, Plans and Reports: Includes Policy and Planning documents and program reports
  • Housing Production: Includes reports on the production of affordable housing
  • Income Limits: Provides income limits per household size representing the starting point for determining the maximum amount of household income allowable for each level as determined by the California Department of Housing & Community Development (HCD)
  • Council Memos: Includes all Housing Department staff reports to the City Council and its committees
  • Data: Includes data on the housing market, annual income and rent limits, and other information
  • Information Memos: Includes information memos from the Director of Housing to the Mayor and City Council, and regular Delegation of Authority information memos that include actions taken by the director under the Delegation of Authority from the City Council and City Manager
  • Homeless Reports: Includes homeless surveys and other industry reports
  • HUD Reports: Includes the 5-Year Consolidated Plan, Annual Action Plans, Consolidated Annual Performance Evaluation Report (CAPER), AI, planning, and progress reports required by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD)
