Yerba Buena Creek
Location
The Yerba Buena Creek follows the creek from Evergreen Park along Estates Way to Silver Estates Drive.

Description
The trail has two bridges that cross Yerba Buena Creek. One bridge leads to Evergreen Park. The other bridge is near Creek Estates (from the south) and Valle del Laeo (from the north). Across from Yerba Buena Road, along the north side, you'll find Evergreen Valley Community College and Montgomery Hill Park with its unpaved trails along a scenic hillside landscape.

Distance
