- Search your address
- Click on School District/Tax Rate Area
- If your
number starts with any of the following codes:
017 - San Jose
015 - Saratoga
013 - Cupertino
012 - Milpitas
003 - Los Gatos

- Have
your rabies or spay/neuter certificate with you as you fill out the
forms. This new information must be entered if this is the first time you
are licensing your pet or if this information is not already indicated on
your license or renewal notice we sent you.
- We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express for online payments.
- Senior Exemptions cannot be completed online.
