San Jose City Hall celebrates Earth Day with a festival featuring green tips and a farmer's market. The event, organized by the Evironmental Services Department, also featured food and live entertainment. Mayor Chuck Reed also led a lunch time bike ride with over 100 participants cycling down the Guadalupe River Trail.
