Mayor Chuck Reed and the City Council invite you to the Mayor's Gang Prevention Task Force Gang and Youth Violence Community Meetings. Please join us to tell us what is happening and what you are seeing in your community. We are looking for ideas, recommendations, and potential solutions for our neighborhoods. Participation in this meeting will help us to create a bold new vision and direction for the Task Force and will guide our future funding decisions. Please view our flyer for more information. One meeting will take place in each Police Division and be from 6:00 pm - 8:30 pm :

| 2008 Community Budget Meetings will take place in each Council District from April to May, 2008 and will help us to set the budget for Fiscal Year 2008-20009. The 7th Annual CommUnity Resource Fair will take place on Sunday, June 29th at History Park from 11 a.m. until 4 p.m. This free event offers an opportunity for residents to access information and services that are provided by the City of San Jose, County of Santa Clara, and many local non-profit groups. The Resource Fair also includes day long entertainment that the entire family can enjoy. History Park is located at 1650 Senter Road. |

You can now search for all official City board, committee and commission meetings in one convenient location on the City's new Master Calendar. The calendar includes the date, location and time of all City Council meetings, Council Committee meetings, Boards and Commission meetings searchable by date, meeting title, meeting subject and location.
