Traffic During Construction

  • Partial closure of 5th Street from San Fernando to project site.
  • The bus stop on Santa Clara near 4th Street has been relocated onto the east side of 4th street.
  • Signal at 5th Street and Santa Clara to remain in place.
  • Hauling routes will be approved by the Department of Transportation and attention will be given to traffic impacts.
