Self-guided tours of San José City Hall are available for groups of 10 or fewer only . Participants will receive a detailed handout to guide them through the facility. Recommended days/times for self-guided tours are Tuesdays through Thursdays, 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Please call the Customer Service Call Center at (408) 535-3500 schedule your self-guided tour, or send an email to customerservice@sanjoseca.gov.

Docent-led tours take place every Tuesday, beginning at 12 noon. Up to 2 groups of 15 can be toured during this time frame. Meet in the first floor of the Tower lobby. Please call ahead if you plan to bring a group of 10 or more.

Tours last approximately 1.5 hours.

NOTE: The glass-enclosed rotunda at San José City Hall can be visited between 7:30 a.m. and 5 p.m. weekdays provided it is not in use for a previously scheduled event . Please call ahead the day before your visit to check for rotunda availability.
