The Planning Director's action on these agenda items is final when the permit is signed and mailed, unless the permit is appealed.  The Planning Director's actions are appealable in accordance with the requirements of Title 20 0f the Municipal Zoning Code.

  2. SP02-059. Special Use Permit for a 3-car detached garage (676 square feet) for an existing legal non-conforming single-family residence on a 0.22 gross acre site in the A Agricultural Zoning District, located at/on the northside of Sierra Road approximately 530 feet westerly of Varner Court (3425 SIERRA RD) (Luu Trang, Owner).   3. SF03-037. Single Family House Permit to construct a 2,193-square-foot 2-story residence on a 0.08 acre site in the R-1-8 Single-Family Residence Zoning District, located on the southerly terminus of Telegraph Avenue (3580 TELEGRAPH DR) (Desai Raj, Owner).   4. SP04-009. Special Use Permit to construct a 568 square foot accessory patio enclosure at an existing single-family detached residence on a 0.2 gross acre site in the R-1-8 Single-Family Residence Zoning District, on the southeasterly terminus of Darnell Court (2318 DARNELL CT) (Streich Robert H, Owner).   5. PD03-076. Planned Development Permit to allow demolition of 3 single-family residential structures and construct of 131 multi-family residential care facility units on a 3.09 gross acre site in the A(PD) Planned Development Zoning District, located at/on the southwest corner of Meridian Avenue and Curci Drive (993 MERIDIAN AV) (Roy Family Partnership, Romano Irene M Trustee & Et Al, Green Valley Corp, Owner; S.L.   6. SP03-043. Special Use Permit to construct a 528 square foot addition to an existing legal non-conforming single-family detached residence on a 0.15 gross acre site in the CG General Commercial Zoning District, located on the northwest corner of South Capitol Avenue and Sierra Grande Way (149 S CAPITOL AV) (Do Jacqueline N, Owner/Developer).   7.   2. HP04-001. Historic Preservation Permit to allow 1394 square feet basement conversion to an existing multi-family residence in the Hensley Historic District (ID# 1484) on a 0.14 gross acre site, in the R-M Multiple Residence Zoning Distict, located at/on the Westside of North 6th Street approximately 160 feet southwesterly of Washington Street (379 N 6TH ST) (Jacquelyn Mullarky).   3. SP03-041. Special Use Permit to construct 360 square foot addition to an existing 414 square-foot detached garage resulting in a 774 square-foot accessory building (which is in excess of the 650 square feet allowed by right) for garage and storage uses for an existing single family detached residence on a 0.12 gross acre site in the R-1-8 Single-Family Residence Zoning District, located at/on the north side of Marshall Avenue approximately 160 feet easterly of Willis Avenue (477 MARSHALL AV) (Anaya Margaret B And Eliseo, Owner).   4. H03-068. Site Development Permit to install a 3000-gallon liquid oxygen tank on a 2.36 gross acre site in the HI Heavy Industrial Zoning District, located at/on the east side of Rogers Avenue between Brokaw Road and Junction Avenue (1760 ROGERS AV) (City Development Co, Owner).   5. SP03-038. Special Use Permit to convert an existing legal non-conforming single-family detached residence to office use on a 0.16 gross acre site in the CO Office Commercial Zoning District, located on the north side of The Alameda approximately 60 feet east of Alameda Court (2142 THE ALAMEDA) (Thanh Van Hoge White, Owner).   6. The projects being considered are located on both sides of Santa Teresa Boulevard, northerly of Bailey Avenue, on a 688-gross-acre site, in the A(PD) Planned Development Zoning District ( Coyote Valley Research Park, LLC, Owner/Developer). Council District 2. CEQA: EIR Resolution No. 69957.

    1. PDA00-021-01. Planned Development Permit Amendment to allow phasing of development and associated traffic and flood control improvements, to a previously approved Master Planned Development Permit that allowed the construction of up 6.6 million square feet of Campus Industrial uses on a 688 gross acre site.

    Recommend: Approval.

    2. PDA00-051-02. Planned Development Permit Amendment to allow phasing of development and associated traffic and flood control improvements, to a previously approved Planned Development Permit that allowed the construction 1, 282,800 square feet of campus industrial uses on a 52.9 gross acre site.

    Recommend: Approval.

    3. PDA01-085-02. Planned Development Permit Amendment to allow phasing of development and associated traffic and flood control improvements, to a previously approved Planned Development Permit that allowed the construction of approximately 1,800,000 square feet of campus industrial uses on a 99.2 gross acre site.

    Recommend: Approval.

    4. PDA01-115-02. Planned Development Permit Amendment to allow phasing of development and associated traffic and flood control improvements, to a previously approved Planned Development Permit that allowed the construction of approximately 486,000 square feet of campus industrial uses on a 33.9 gross acre site. Recommend: Approval.

  7. H04-002.
