The Planning Director's action on these agenda items is final when the permit is signed and mailed, unless the permit is appealed.  The Planning Director's actions are appealable in accordance with the requirements of Title 20 0f the Municipal Zoning Code.

Planned Development Permit to allow demolition of two existing tenant spaces (Michael’s/ Walgreen’s), retention of an existing bowling alley previously approved for demolition, construction of an approximately 31,000-square-foot addition, and associated landscsaping improvements at an existing regional shopping center (Oakridge Mall).   5. SF04-016. Single Family House Permit to construct 1,064-square-foot 1st and 2nd floor additions to an existing 1,985-square-foot, 2-story-single family residence resulting in a 0.5 FAR on a 0.13 gross acre site in the R-1-8 Single-Family Residence Zoning District, located at 1535 Hervey Lane (1535 HERVEY LN) (Pezzaniti Kevin F And Rosalba, Owner).     Recommend: Approval.

  6. PD04-009. Planned Development Permit for a broadening and intensification of the uses allowed in an existing industrial complex on a 12.96 gross acre site in the A(PD) Planned Development Zoning District, located at/on the southwest corner of Tully Road and Highway 101 (1290 TULLY RD) (Sfers Real Estate Corp.
