1. Go to the City of San Jose On-Line Permits, click on "Find Permits by Permit/Reference Number"

2. Fill in the box with your Planning Permit Application File number (for example, SP09-006) and click on "Search".

3. Click on "Get details"

4. The name of your project manager appears on the first row of the "Project Information" section
