This report presents the results of the operations analysis portion of the traffic impact analysis conducted fo rthe proposed Evergreen*East Hills Vision Strategy (EEHVS). This report specifically focuses on roadway cross-sections, intersection queuing, signalized and unsignalized intersection operations, pededstrian and bicycle circulation, site access and on-site circulation, effects on surrounding neighborhoods, and an analysis of traffic conditions on Saturday.
