March 2010 - Online Questionnaire Results  In March 2010, over 1,200 people started (nearly 1,000 people finished) an online survey to help inform a Preferred Land Use Study Scenario recommendation that identifies how much housing and job growth capacity the new General Plan will have.

Requests for Alternative Draft Envision 2040 Land Use Designations

Staff received 14 requests for alternative designations by the City Council established deadline of November 15, 2010. The deadline was necessary both to allow timely completion and circulation of the General Plan Update DEIR, and to ensure time for analysis and completion of environmental review for proposed General Plan Amendments by Spring 2011.
