If you challenge these land use decisions in court, you may be limited to raising only those issues raised by you or someone else at this public hearing or in written correspondence to the City at, or prior to, the public hearing.

The applicant and/or representative should make themselves known as their item comes up by approaching the microphone and identifying themselves and stating their home address.

Any items scheduled for hearing for which deferral is being requested will be taken out of order, to be heard on the matter of deferral.

District 8

1. H00-05-039. SITE DEVELOPMENT PERMIT for a project located on the south side of Tully Road, approximately 850 feet easterly of Quimby Road, on a 5.02-gross-acre site, in the IP-Industrial Park Zoning District, for the construction of a 117,738 square foot self-storage facility. (Lion Square, Owner/Developer). Council District 8. CEQA: Capitol Storage Center EIR. Recommend: Denial.---> MAP.

District 9

2. The projects being considered are located on the southerly terminus of Hampton Falls Place, approximately 600 feet southerly of Branham Lane, on a 0.40-gross-acre site, in the A(PD), Planned Development Zoning District. (Richard D. and Barbara J. Henry, Owner/Developer). Council District 9. CEQA: Mitigate Negative Declaration. MAP.

a. PD02-016. PLANNED DEVELOPMENT PERMIT to allow the construction of four (4) single-family attached residences. Recommend: Approval.

b. PT02-037. TENTATIVE MAP PERMIT to allow the subdivision of one (1) parcel into five (5) lots for residential and open space purposes. Recommend: Approval.

3. TR01-07-089. TREE REMOVAL PERMIT for a project located at 1586 Koch Lane, on a 0.15-gross-acre site, in the R-1-8 Residence Zoning District, to legalize the removal of one (1) Camphor tree 56 inches in circumference removed without benefit of a proper permit. (Peggy R. Thurber, Owner/Developer). Council District 9. CEQA: Exempt. Recommend: Approval.---> MAP.

4. T01-116. TENTATIVE MAP PERMIT for a project located on the northeast corner of Oakland Road and Gish Road, on a 3.9-gross-acre site, in the HI-Heavy Industrial Zoning District, to subdivide one (1) parcel into two (2) lots with the existing uses to remain unchanged. (Maclyn Morris, Chantel Co., Owner/Developers). Council District 4. CEQA: Exempt. Recommend: Defer to 6/12/02.---> MAP.

5. TR02-041. TREE REMOVAL PERMIT for a project located at 1571 Dry Creek Road, on a 0.29-gross-acre site, in the R-1-5 Zoning District, for the removal of one (1) Monterey Pine tree approximately 180 inches in circumference. (Neal McCrea, Owner/Developer). Council District 6. CEQA: Exempt. Recommend: Approval.---> MAP.
