The applicant and/or representative should make themselves known as their item comes up by approaching the microphone and identifying themselves and stating their home address.
Any items scheduled for hearing for which deferral is being requested will be taken out of order, to be heard on the matter of deferral.

1. TR02-074. TREE REMOVAL PERMIT for a project located at 101 North Bascom Avenue, on a 1.15 -gross-acre site, in the R-M, Residence Zoning District to allow the removal of one (1) Palm tree approximately 106 inches in circumference previously removed without benefit of permit (Lions Blind Center, Owner/Developer). Council District 6. CEQA: Exempt. Deferred from 8/21/02. Recommend: Approval.---> MAP.
2. The projects being considered are located on the south side of Foxworthy Avenue, approximately 500 feet easterly of Old Almaden Road, on 6.7-gross-acres (D & J Hillview, LLC, Owner; Summerhill Homes, Developer). Council District 6. CEQA: Mitigated Negative Declaration.---> MAP.
a. PD02-039. PLANNED DEVELOPMENT PERMIT to allow up to 83 single-family detached residential units. Recommend: Approval.
b. PT02-068. TENTATIVE MAP to subdivide one (1) parcel into 84 lots for residential purposes and future automobile dealership uses. Recommend: Approval.
3. The projects being considered are located on the east side of Dow Drive, approximately 250 feet northerly of Farm Drive, on a 4.3-gross-acre site, in the A(PD), Planned Development Zoning District (Cordie May Sharp Trust, Owner, Pinn Brothers Inc., Developer). Council District 6. CEQA: Negative Declaration.---> MAP.
a. PD02-042. PLANNED DEVELOPMENT PERMIT to construct 16 single-family attached residential units. Recommend: Approval.
b. PT02-071. TENTATIVE MAP PERMIT to subdivide one (1) parcel into 20 lots for single-family attached residential/open space use. Recommend: Approval.

TREE REMOVAL PERMIT for a project located at 2914 Vivian Lane, on a 0.18-gross-acre site, in the R-1-8, Residence Zoning District for the removal of one (1) Magnolia tree 88 inches in circumference (Dorothy A. 9. PD01-08-087.
