The Planning Director's action on these agenda items is final when the permit is signed and mailed, unless the permit is appealed. The Planning Director's actions are appealable in accordance with the requirements of Title 20 0f the Municipal Zoning Code.

Order of Business
1. Deferrals
Any item scheduled for hearing this evening for which deferral is being requested will be taken out of order to be heard first on the matter of deferral. A list of Staff-recommended deferrals is available on the Press Table. If you want to change any of the deferral dates recommended, or speak to the question of deferring these or any other items, you should say so at this time. I will now open the public hearing. 2. The projects being considered are located at the northeast corner of Aborn Road and Murillo Avenue, on a 13.5-gross-acre site in the A(PD) Planned Development Zoning District (Santa Clara Valley Housing Group, Owner/Developer). 6. 7. PD02-034. Planned Development Permit to allow demolition and construct 53,640-square-foot addition to existing hotel/restaurant on a 5.0 gross acre site in the CO(PD) Planned Development Zoning District, located at/on the southwest corner of North 1st Street and Highway 101 (1751 N 1ST ST) (Hanford Hotels, LLC Peter A Trapolino, Owner/Developer). 8. PDA90-015-02 PLANNED DEVELOPMENT PERMIT AMENDMENT to legalize outdoor recreational activities (racetrack for radio control toy cars) on a 9.3-gross-acre site in the A(PD) Planned Development Zoning District, located at the Southeast corner of Bollinger Road and Miller Avenue (Marchese Family Properties, Owner; Hobby World, Developer). 9. PDA01-089-02. Planned Development Permit Amendment to allow a master sign program for a remodeled regional shopping center (Oakridge Mall ) on a 56.60 gross acre site in the A(PD) Planned Development Zoning District, located at/on the southeast corner of Thornwood Drive and Winfield Boulevard (881 BLOSSOM HILL RD) (OAKRIDGE ASSOCIATES(LESSOR), Owner).
