The Grace Community Center (GCC) provides MediCal funded
day rehabilitation services. These specialized programs
are designed to provide mental health consumers with a more
committed, structured, and goal-oriented level of participation
at GCC. Clinical staff provide support and guidance to help
individuals achieve goals that support a healthy lifestyle
and independent living.
