Guitar, Beginning for Adults
Beginning Guitar is a course designed to teach you guitar tuning, note reading, scales, chords, music fundamentals, and fingerstyle/pickstyle playing techniques. In addition, each class will have music for everyone to play together. Session is 8 weeks.This course will include the music lesson book, Guitar Today - Book One, by Jerry Snyder.
Ages: 16+.

Guitar, Advanced for Adults
Advanced Guitar is a course designed to give guitar players an opportunity to sight read and perform works from a variety of periods and composers in duet, trio, or quartet form. Session is 8 weeks. This course will include an end-of-the session performance.
Ages: 16+.

A Music Appreciation class is also available through the Kirk Senior Program.
