Fitness Center
The Fitness Center offers a full workout for your body with the use of our Cardio, Weights, Resistive, and Conditioning Equipment.  The friendly and knowledgeable staff is available to give you a personal tour of the facility and will help you to develop a fitness routine. We also have an adaptive fitness program tailored to meet the needs of persons with disabilities. For more information about the facility and for fitness consultations call 408-559-8553. Adult, Senior, Youth, and Disabled fees are listed below:

Fee for City of San Jose Residents
Adult day use: $5.00                 S/Y/D $2.50
Adult monthly pass: $40            S/Y/D $19

Fee for Non-City of San Jose Residents
Adult day use: $5.50                 S/Y/D $2.50
Adult monthly pass: $50            S/Y/D $30

Camden Fitness Room Guidelines
• Open to ages 14+. A responsible adult must accompany youth 14 years of age for the entire duration of use.
• Receipt or Fitness Pass must be presented to fitness attendant on each visit.
• Shirts are required and sports shoes are mandatory for your safety.
• Please bring your own towel to wipe perspiration from equipment after use.
• Locker rooms include showers, restrooms, and day use lockers for your convenience.
• We reserve the right to refuse entry.


Adapted Fitness                                                           
This program, for persons with physical disabilities, is designed to improve cardiovascular health and endurance, increase muscular strength and toning, and refine flexibility and range of motion.
Cost: $3 per visit or a reduced rate if you pay for an extended session.
Monday, Wednesday, Friday, 1:00 pm - 3:30 pm
Session: 9/10 - 12/14
Age: 18+

Fitness Consultation                                                                          
The Camden Fitness Center is fully equipped with both cardio and strength training equipment. Our friendly and knowledgeable staff can design a workout routine to meet your personal needs. Call and book an appointment.
Cost: $50/Hr
Schedule: Monday - Saturday, by Appointment.
Age: 13+


NEW! Weight Training Circuit                                                          
This class is ideal for those who want to build muscle strength. It is a ½ hour circuit workout that will burn calories and increase your endurance. We will lift for 30 minutes in a lively environment rotating quickly after completing a set to maximize our half hour workout. You’ll feel results after one workout and see results in a few weeks. You’ll have more energy throughout the day and burn more calories just sitting around due to your increase in muscle mass. Session is 20 meetings.
Cost: $100.00
Instructor: C. Genise
Schedule: Mon., Wed., and Fri., 8:00 pm - 8:30 pm         
Age: 18+
