After School Programs for the elementary grades are provided at two local school sites in the Cambrian area of San Jose. Homework time, arts and crafts, special events, and sports are a few of the activities organized and supervised by City recreation employees. Programs begin immediately after school and end at 5:00 pm.
Many local schools run homework sites, usually after school.

Noddin Elementary School
Students from Union School District can join the City of San Jose's Noddin after school program for arts & crafts, games, sports, food crafts, cultural activities, special events, homework time, and educational fun! Winter session will include a field trip, disability and cultural awareness activities. This is not a licensed day care program. Session is 12 meetings.
