Answers (or links) to frequently asked questions are given below.  For more information or the answers to questions not on this list, contact us by email or phone 408-559-8553, or try the FAQ sheet provided in the online Citywide Activity Guide.

What time is the pool open for lap swimming?

Can a parent be in the classroom with their child?
Absolutely, if it is a parent/child participation class. If a parent would like to observe a class, we would arrange it with the instructor in advance. Parents are generally invited to stay and observe the first 10 minutes of the first class to ease the transition for the child.  Some instructors will invite parents to the final class to observe, for example, a recital.

How can I rent your facility?

Are there enough participants for the class I want to attend?
The decision to cancel a class is made one week before its start date. If there is not a minimum number of participants registered at that time, the class will be canceled and participants called.

What age is considered a senior?

Why is the age range for the class so strict?
The age range is set to ensure that we are providing age-appropriate activities for the child.
