Lisa Litwin
Volunteer Coordinator/Recreation Leader
Lisa has been on staff at Grace Community Center (GCC) since 2000.
She has 25 years of experience in helping adults with varying degrees of mental disabilities. From working with Alzheimer’s patients and many years with the senior population, to her work with the members of Grace, Lisa has a personal mission to ensure that all of our members are loved and cared for, and can express themselves in their environment here to the best of their ability everyday.
Through her work with the Volunteer Program, she takes great joy in seeing them utilize the skills that they learn within themselves not only here at Grace, but most importantly, in life.
Lisa was born in Orange County, CA. Subsequently moved to Northern CA Santa Cruz County area where she lived and went to school. She also ventured out and lived one year in Europe.
Lisa was raised with many animals growing up and has great passion and commitment to their well being and happiness.
