Stacey began working at Grace Community Center in December of 2006. She earned a Master of Arts Degree at Notre Dame de Namur University where she completed a dual licensure program in Marriage and Family Therapy and Art Therapy. She is currently in the process of becoming a licensed MFT and a registered Art Therapist in the state of California. 

"Working at Grace has taught me so much about the resilience of the human spirit. Our members, clinical staff, recreation leaders, and volunteers are so amazing! Being part of this community is an honor and I am learning so much.  Mental illness affects everyone and we all need to work harder to fight stigma and raise awareness and funds for continued research, treatment, and recovery programs. 

People in the mental health system are suffering budget cuts, reduced services, and poor housing options. We can make a difference in our communities and improve the future for people with mental disabilities by educating ourselves, voting, donating our time and money, and simply being kind to one another."
