MAIL-IN REGISTRATION begins April 6th

Mail a completed application and deposit to the San José Family Camp office (1850 Fallbrook Avenue, San Jose, CA 95130). All applications received prior to April 6th will be randomly processed beginning on April 6th.

WALK-IN REGISTRATION begins May 5th

Applications can be submitted in person during San José Family Camp office hours (Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays from 10:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.). Moreland-West Community Center is located on the corner of West Campbell Avenue and Fallbrook Avenue, near West Gate Shopping Center. Start date to receive walk-in applications is May 5th.

FAX-IN REGISTRATION begins May 5th

Completed applications may be faxed to the San José Family Camp Office at (408) 871-8165. Start date to receive faxed applications is May 5th.
