			The National Voluntary Laboratory Accreditation Program (NVLAP) provides third-party accreditation to testing and calibration laboratories.

			NICET's vision is to be the leader in recognizing, through certification, engineering technicians and technologists.


			The Cement and Concrete Reference Laboratory (CCRL) and the AASHTO Materials Reference Library (AMRL) operate laboratory inspection and proficiency sample programs.
