Our Mission - To provide cost effective and timely permitting, inspection and engineering support services with the highest level of quality and excellence.

Utilities Section - Responsible for the review of utility companies' plans and issuance of permits for the construction of utility infrastructure in City streets. Responsible for Underground Service Alert (USA) locating and construction inspection of utility infrastructure and construction of infrastructure by other public agencies on City streets. Coordinates the formation of Rule 20A and 20B (In -Lieu-Fee) underground utility districts.
