Parks and Recreation Facilities

The City is currently preparing a master plan for the Lower Guadalupe River Trail (from I-880 to Gold St.). The proposed trail project will utilize the SCVWD maintenance road currently under construction and will provide continuous pedestrian/bicyclist access from the downtown areas to San José Mineta International Airport, numerous employment centers north of US-101 and the Alviso community. The proposed trail would connect at I-880 to the existing Guadalupe River Park trail.
