Utilities Section - Responsible for the review of other public agency and utility companies' plans and issuance of permits for the construction of utility infrastructure and encroachment in City streets. Responsible for coordinating of Underground Service Alert (USA) locating and construction inspection of utility infrastructure and construction of infrastructure by other public agencies on City streets. Coordinates the formation of Rule 20A and 20B (In -Lieu-Fee) underground utility districts.
