FLOOD MAPS REVISED

The second phase of the flood map revision that reflects the completion of the Guadalupe River flood protection improvements was issued by the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) and was effective as of October 25, 2006. More information about this map revision is contained in the letters sent out to affected property owners.

Letter of Map Revision (LOMR) and Revised Maps

LOMR issued by Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) in PDF format

PDF copies of the revised maps are available by clicking on the map below (each box represents a separately scanned flood map)

If your property is within the revised area and shown on the map as Zone X, you may be eligible for a refund of your current flood insurance policy. See the refund instructions included in the letter you received from the Santa Clara Valley Water District.

For other flood zones, please check the flood zone definitions on the legend located on the right-hand side of each map panel.

For more information, please contact City staff at (408) 535-7803.
