The City of San José (the "City") on behalf of the San Jose - Santa Clara Clean Water Financing Authority (the "Authority") is soliciting Requests for Qualifications for Underwriter and Remarketing Agent/Broker Dealer related to the issuance of approximately $27,000,000 in variable rate or auction rate sewer revenue refunding bonds.
