This funding from the Surface Transportation Program will provide for the resurfacing of Montague Expressway from River Oaks to Hwy 880. The work will include roadway excavation and repair of damaged pavement; removing and reconstructing curb and gutter and constructing concrete curb in the median.

2 "Route 280 Ramp Metering (Caltrans is the Lead Agency)"
This funding from the Surface Transportation Program will provide for the installation of ramp metering lights on 8 southbound and 7 northbound onramps along a 3-mile stretch of Hwy 280 between Hwy 880 and Hwy 87.

3 "Valley Transportation Authority Hybrid Buses (Valley Transportation Authority is the Lead Agency)"
This funding from the Transit Program will provide funding for the purchase of up to 107 new VTA hybrid buses as well as preventive maintenance.

1 "Corps of Engineers' Funding for Downtown Guadalupe River Bridges 3 & 4 (Santa Clara Valley Water District is the Lead Agency)"
This funding from the US Army Corp of Engineers will be used to complete the final phase of the Downtown Guadalupe River project. The bridges represent the final phase of the Downtown Guadalupe River Project construction. This project will provide flood protection to downtown San Jose, protect and improve water quality and provide recreational and open space benefits.

This funding from the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration will be used to increase the tidal flow in Alviso Slough and help maintain the channel and increase salinity in the waters.

3 "South Bay Advanced Recycled Water Treatment Facility (Santa Clara Valley Water District is the Lead Agency)"
This funding from the United States Bureau of Reclamation will be used to expand the existing recycled water system to provide recycled water to agricultural, industrial and landscape users as well as improve the quality for non-potable purposes such as landscape irrigation.

4 "South Santa Clara County Recycled Water Master Plan Implementation (Santa Clara Valley Water District is the Lead Agency)"
This funding from the United States Bureau of Reclamation will be used to for expansion of an existing recycled water system to provide recycled water to agricultural, industrial and landscape users. New facilities will include 5.7 miles of pipeline in the Gilroy area, a 3-million gallon storage tank and a new pump station. The pipeline will distribute water from the existing recycled water plant to additional customers and allow expanded use of recycled water.

5 "Lower Silver Creek Flood Protection Project (Santa Clara Valley Water District is the Lead Agency)"
This funding from the United States Department of Agriculture-Natural Resources Conservation Service will be used to further the completion of the Lower Silver Creek Flood Protection Project, stretching from Coyote Creek to Lake Cunningham. The project helps provide for further flood protection of homes, businesses, highways and other infrastructure. This project will ultimately remove 3,800 parcels from the one-percent floodplain and improve stream habitat values.
