(Adoption by October 31, 2011*)

*San Jose City Charter, Section 403 (Elections by Districts), prescribes that the Redistricting Advisory Commission “shall submit its report and recommendations to the Council within one hundred twenty (120) days following its appointment.” With respect to subsequent City Council adoption of a redistricting ordinance, the charter prescribes that “in no event shall such ordinance be enacted later than October 31.”
